1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fliint website at www.fliint.in and the Fliint mobile and/or web application (together, the "Platform") and the services offered through it (the "Services"), operated by Ptolemy Technology Private Limited ("Ptolemy", "Company", "we", "us" or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U62013MH2024PTC420540), with its registered office at B-1902, Arihant Aura, Next to Turbhe Station, Navi Mumbai – 400706.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Nature of Services
Fliint provides financial advisory and facilitation services, including credit score improvement guidance, loan settlement assistance, and protection from unlawful debt collection practices. Our Services are advisory in nature.
Fliint is not a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC), credit information company, or regulated financial institution. We do not lend money, accept deposits, or guarantee any specific financial outcome. Results may vary based on individual circumstances, lender policies, and applicable law.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately at help@fliint.in if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Certain Services may be subject to fees, which will be disclosed to you before you engage those Services. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; by making a payment, you also agree to the terms of the relevant payment processor.
Fees once paid are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or as required by applicable law.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Ptolemy Technology Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, or applications. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of such third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ptolemy and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ptolemy and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
